Organic Wheat Starch is a natural native starch derived from organic wheat with the fiber and protein removed. It is a polysaccharide composed of amylose and amylopectin.
The product is pure white, fine and smooth powder. Its unique characteristics make the product useful in various industrial sectors.
For food industry, it acts as thickening agent, gelatinizing agent, adhesive or stabilizing agent, and it could also be used in starch sugar industry.
Used in the preparation of organic baked goods, to improve the characteristics of the dough, enhance the flavors and extend the shelf-life;
Used as an ingredient of custard, puddings, sauces, acting as a thickener;
